Price Changes: We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

Certain features consume credits (e.g., AI research, email finding). Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period unless you have purchased add-on credit packs.

We reserve the right to implement fair usage limits to prevent abuse and ensure service availability for all users.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Sales Intelligence and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain all rights to the prospect data and content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI features (e.g., messages, research insights) is provided to you with a non-exclusive license to use for your business purposes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• •The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• •AI-generated content will be 100% accurate
• •Data found through our Service is complete or verified
• •Your use of the Service will achieve any particular results

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of data and using the Service in compliance with applicable laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI SALES INTELLIGENCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Sales Intelligence from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• •Your violation of these Terms
• •Your violation of any third-party rights
• •Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will provide a reasonable opportunity to export your data before permanent deletion.
